According to those who know these sorts of things, once every 28 years the sun appears in the same position in the sky on the fourth day of the week that it did when God created the Universe on the fourth day.
You know the time period well, as He created the Universe on the fourth day, and on the seventh day he rested. Anyway, tomorrow is that very day, and congregations around the area will hold celebrations and say a special blessing over the day. Perfect way to kick off the Passover season, don't you think?
